Ben & Katie were married during the first official weekend of summer and even though all week it called for storms on their wedding day, we were blessed with a gorgeous, sunny day with not a cloud in the sky! I have known Katie basically my whole life so when she reached out to me to be her wedding day photographer, I was beyond excited. We were in daycare together way back in the day, grew up a couple streets away from each other, went to high school together, and hung out a little bit in college as well. So to see her with someone who makes her so happy and is so perfect for her makes me so happy. Ben is without a doubt the man she was meant to marry and I am so happy they found each other. One of the things I love about photography is how it connects me to new people, however one of the best parts is being reconnected with people I already know.
Ben & Katie’s wedding day was so beautiful and it was such an honor to be a part of it. Their wedding party was an absolute blast and I had so much fun working with them! I really could go on and on about how amazing this day was, but as always, I will let the photos do the talking.
