This past fall I met up with Morgan at one of my favorite locations, Riley Trails, for her senior session. When Morgan arrived and I saw her super fun hair, I knew this was going to be an amazing session. Adding in fun colors to my own hair is one of my favorite things, so it was super exciting for me to see her express herself in that way. I am such a huge fan of fun colors!
Working with seniors is one of my favorite things. To see the different personalities of each person I work with begin to shine through. To help them feel comfortable and confident in themselves is one of the greatest honors. The WHY behind being a photographer, more importantly a senior photographer, isn’t just to take a few great photos for the year book, but its so much deeper than that. It’s to inspire, to instill confidence, to try to create a relationship, and to help them feel their worth. During this slower winter season I have been doing a lot of thinking on how I can make the senior experience even better and its my hope to work with even more incredible seniors this year.
