I had so much fun with Jessica for her senior session this fall! She decided on going the full senior session with the multiple locations and outfits, and I am so glad she did. Honestly, Jessica was such a natural in front of the camera. At the end of the session, I told her I probably could have easily continued on for hours. Sometimes the first few minutes of a photo session can feel a little awkward, trying to figure out what to do with your hands, but once you get settled in it can be a blast. Jessica is a senior at Unity Christian this year and she is a part of the choral ensemble at Unity as well as being a part of the musical, which I actually had the honor of going to see as well. Unity performed the musical, Tuck Everlasting, this fall and it was so fun to go and see! There were other seniors that I worked with this year that were in the show as well. What a joy to be able to see them in their element, doing something they love. Anytime I am able to take the relationship one step further than just the photographer/client relationship is an absolute blessing. Its my hope to be so much more than just a photographer who takes photos and then moves on. Being a photographer is so much more than just a job. Obviously it’s not practical to go to all sorts of events, but it was really fun to be able to see them do their thing.

This session was seriously the best and I am so excited to finally be sharing it here on the blog. Jessica is fun, beautiful, kind, a joy to be around, and a natural in front of the camera. She was herself and thats all I can ask for with the seniors I work with.
